Our kitchen is bigger than some apartments we have seen. The centerpiece is an enormous table that seats six for breakfast. Douglas, your host, has an impressive collection of cookbooks and cookware he has collected around the world.
Breakfasts are optional and arranged in advance. Even if you do not join us for breakfast, we are happy to offer you a cup of our coffee, which stands up against the brew offered by any five-star hotel in Siem Reap.
Breakfasts include bacon and ags, and possibly stir fried vegetables, noodles, or soup and rice. Oatmeal, French toast, home-made bread and scones are available most days.
In season, we harvest the passion fruit growing wild (along with a kefir lime tree and bananas) in our rear garden for home-made jam and a very sexy gelato.
We ask all guests beforehand about food allergies and dietary restrictions as well as food and beverage preferences.
